I should change the heading from meanderings to SURViving LIFE.
First of all, I was in my room & remembered I hadn't taken one of the many pills I'm now given to prevent: killing others, forgetfulness and other assorted eccentricities. My daughter takes over my room when she has friends over (she takes over my room when they're not here, too, but I stay in here to "fight the good fight.") and that was the case last night. So, back to being in here & forgetting about the meds....so I popped it in my mouth without seeing if there was something to drink. There IS something to drink! In a dark blue, NOT opaque at all cup. YAY! SLUG SLUG SLUG. Oh wait. That's very....WTF? pickle juice. The pill went down...but I am literally watching my CELLS FILL WITH FLUID. I should look like Harry Potter's Aunt whatsherface in about 10 minutes. But, the pill went down so there will be no casualties.
